How long do custom jewellery requests typically take?
Most custom jewelry design requests take two to four weeks from start to finish. That includes approving your design concept, hand-crafting the piece, and final polishing — with the exact timeline depending on how detailed the design is. We commit to realistic timeframes and hold to them.
Can I make changes to an existing online order?
